MEET OUR PEER SUPPORT COACH

Sharayah suffered from infertility and then experienced the unbearable loss of her daughter Harper at 26 weeks gestation. She now helps moms through the extreme grief of pregnancy loss through one-on-one coaching sessions and twice monthly support groups.

Sharayah spent a great deal of time working through her own grief through therapy, attended support groups, crying alone and crying with others, and enduring what felt like endless, intense pain. She also experienced the slow gift of time which eases the intensity of this loss.

Additionally, she received Peer Support Training through Bloom Foundation for Maternal Wellness and is currently studying the Processing of Traumatic Grief under Dr. Joanne Cacciatore, founder of the MISS Foundation, an international non-profit who supports grieving parents.
